CNC - Programmer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
On-time creation and optimization of CNC programs at CAD/CAM workstations with AlphaCam interface
Determination of individual machining strategies with optimal cutting parameters
Planning and selection of suitable tools and special tools
Identifying and working out the best manufacturing-technical component implementation in consultation with the in-house assembly department
Supporting the production staff in the initial setup and running-in of new CNC programs
Independent operation of modern, CNC-controlled portal milling machines (Felder profit H08 as well as Wissner performance)
Education
Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic or other job description with CNC milling skills
Distinct technical knowledge in the field of CNC milling and programming
Reading of technical drawings is a basic requirement
Ideally experience at a programming station (e.g. AlphaCam)
Experience in using 3D drawing programs
Ideally basic knowledge in mechanical processing of plastics is available.
