Work Preparation | Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Focus on work preparation
Order acceptance and processing
Creation and processing of production orders
Clarification of technical concerns with customers and implementation
Supplier management - ordering and follow-up of material and purchased parts
Monitoring and prioritization of customer orders
Technical documentation and filing of project documents
Technical support in production
Responsibility for cross-functional projects to increase efficiency, optimize production, reduce lead times and optimize material flow
Focus on key account management
Management responsibility for subordinate employees and technical instruction
Set-up of a new plant to establish a new production line for a newly introduced customer product
Set up production hall and machinery
Product and team management
Main contact person for customer: working out solutions for problems in individual projects and implementation and interdepartmental interface
Assisting, supporting and deputizing for the Technical Operations Manager
Ensure quality requirements and productivity metrics are met.
Education
Successfully completed technical or commercial training or initial work experience in a similar area of responsibility
Experience in dealing with MS Office and ERP systems
Personal requirements
High degree of initiative as well as flexibility in terms of time and requirements Structured way of working, strong conflict and problem-solving skills as well as assertiveness, ability to work in a team and improvisation skills
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
Preferably Polish knowledge in word and writing
